Watch Cartoon Online has been updated to v1.0.19 by spoyser and is working again.

- Go back to your Home Screen
- Select SYSTEM
- Select Add-Ons
- Select Install from zip file
- Select fusion
- Select xbmc-repos
- Select english
- Select repository.spoyser-x.x.x.zip
- Wait for Add-on enabled notification
- Select Install from repository or Get Add-Ons on Helix
- Select spoysers XBMC Add-ons
- Select Video Add-Ons
- Select Watch Cartoon Online
- Select Install
- Wait for Add-on enabled notification
Watch Cartoon Online is now installed and ready to use. As usual the add-on can be accessed via VIDEOS > Add-Ons > Watch Cartoon Online
