Just hold back on installing this. MK has pushed an update that breaks the add-on. On his Twitter timeline he says he is in contact with UK TV so will have to wait for further updates.
Guide for installing the UK TV Now Add-On for Kodi
UK TV Now is a video add-on from Metal Kettle. If you have that repo installed you can grab it from there. If not use the guide below to install the repo and the add-on.
It looks like a nice live TV add-on with plenty of channels to choose from. Don’t be fooled by the name; it isn’t just UK TV, there are US channels too.
Current available content:
- Entertainment
- Movies
- Music
- News
- Sport
- Documentary
- Kids Corner
- Food
- Religious
- USA Channels
To Install:
- Open Kodi
- Select SYSTEM > File Manager
- Select Add Source
- Select None
- Type the following EXACTLY http://fusion.tvaddons.ag and select Done
- Highlight the box underneath Enter a name for this media Source & type fusion
- Select OK
- Go back to your Home Screen
- Select SYSTEM
- Select Add-Ons
- Select Install from zip file
- Select fusion
- Select xbmc-repos
- Select english
- Select repository.metalkettle-x.x.x.zip
- Wait for Add-on enabled notification
- Select Install from repository or Get Add-Ons on Helix
- Select MetalKettles Addon Repository
- Select Video Add-Ons
- Select UK TV Now
- Select Install
- Wait for Add-on enabled notification
- Some have got a script error when trying to load without doing a restart, so try and if you get the error then reboot your box/computer/firestick/whatever you use
UK TV Now is now installed. As usual the add-on can be accessed via VIDEOS > Add-Ons > UK TV Now from your home screen.
